IP-Lookup.com provides network-information, registration, DNS, developer and browser privacy-diagnostic tools for informational, educational, troubleshooting and legitimate security purposes.
2. No exact-location or identity guarantee
IP geolocation is approximate and must not be treated as a precise street address, GPS position or verified identity. Network registration normally identifies a resource holder or network organization, not necessarily the individual using an address.
3. Reputation and anonymity signals are probabilistic
VPN, proxy, Tor, hosting, malicious-IP, threat and risk classifications can be incomplete, stale or wrong. False positives and false negatives are possible. Do not use a single signal from this website as the sole basis for legal, financial, employment, access-control or other consequential decisions about a person.
4. Authorized networking use
You may not use the service to harass, stalk, unlawfully surveil or target individuals; facilitate unauthorized access; run abusive automation; attack systems; or violate applicable law or third-party rights. The Port Checker is intended only for systems you own or are authorized to test and accepts one public target and one TCP port per request.
5. Developer API
The public JSON API is provided on a best-effort basis with a configurable daily free limit. Automated users must respect status codes and rate-limit headers. Endpoints, fields, quotas and provider coverage can change as the service evolves.
6. Third-party services
Some tools depend on third-party APIs or diagnostics. Availability, accuracy, quotas and functionality may change according to those providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
7. No warranty
The website and its results are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that a result is complete, current, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose.
8. Changes
The site operator may update tools or these terms as the website, providers or legal requirements change.
